New - again - and needing some help!

Hi,
I joined MFP a few months back and have played around with the diary. Not too successful, though, as I have gained 4 pounds! I am determined to wake up tomorrow and put forth a serious effort. I don't want to make excuses but it is so hard to eat right and exercise. I have 3 children - ages 17, 14, and 3 - and am either driving them around and eat quick meals in the car or we have sit down dinners that are not always low fat. I am so exhausted after the 3 year old goes to bed that I haven't exercised in years. I know I need to change my habits. I'd like to have some friends to help me along! I'm looking to lose 35 pounds and increase my overall activity level. Thanks !

Its not as hard as you think. Being conscious about what you put in your mouth and the calories in whatever it is, is 1/2 the battle. You can do it! Good luck, and would be happy to add you as a friend if you'd like. :flowerforyou:0
