    Hi guys! Congrats for your losses. Can't say the same for myself any more...I initially loss, but then ended up regaining my loss, and then some. Sorry for the screw up...I know exactly what caused it, so I'll be sure not to let my bad habits and cravings get the best of me. I'm gonna push harder to ensure that I do my part this week, and get back over 10lbs lost.

    Weighing in at 185.4 down 0.4 since my last weigh in. Where are we suppose to be posting our weight? I've been doing both on the BEP string and the results string. Let me know if there's a particular place where Im suppose to be posting.
