I'm curious what your routine looks like. How much circuit (i.e 30 day shred) and how much pure cardio and strength? Do you eat all of your exercise calories? Are you going with the system settings for Fat/Protein/Carb ratios? Thanks so much for sharing this, very inspirational. You look awesome!0

It depends on my work out day most of the time it's around 1400 -1600. Good luck and am not an expert and just go with what works for me but I will be glad to help with any questions I canKeep up with awesome work!

When I was doing the 30Day shred I did each phase for 10 days and did walking or riding bikes with my kids in the evening. Now with P90X I follow the guide that or course mixes it up every day. I try to stay some what always under my calories and I never followed the fat/protein.carb etc. I just did my own thing. a typical day would be
Oatmeal for breakfast sometimes with toast and sugar free jelly
post workout is a protein shake
afternoon snack is toast with peanut butter
and always a healthy dinner chicken and veggies brown rice
of course I also have cheat days with pizza chocolate etc. once a week it's what keeps me goingI'm not an expert I just did what works best for me
