Guess I'll get around to introducing myself. I got dragged on to here...errr suggested I check out the site. I'm 5'9.5 currently usually just a smidge under 160 and I've recently been seeing like 10.5% body fat. My goal is to rock the races I get involved in, get in better shape (like low body fat, gain some muscle, etc), and just generally go with being healthy/active. I definitely have to admit I'd really like to get my abs showing (having a strong core is always good)...etc

    As they say, abs are made in the kitchen. Just keep logging, your protein level up, and exercise. You'll do just fine.

    As far as having a strong core- Yes its important. But don't forget to include that abs are sexy on anyone! :)

    I can agree about that JatieKo and hence motivation to try for them!

    MrPhil, that is what they say. Btw way to rock the fivefingers, I kinda like to avoid sneakers where I can now
