Guess I'll get around to introducing myself. I got dragged on to here...errr suggested I check out the site. I'm 5'9.5 currently usually just a smidge under 160 and I've recently been seeing like 10.5% body fat. My goal is to rock the races I get involved in, get in better shape (like low body fat, gain some muscle, etc), and just generally go with being healthy/active. I definitely have to admit I'd really like to get my abs showing (having a strong core is always good)...etc

As they say, abs are made in the kitchen. Just keep logging, your protein level up, and exercise. You'll do just fine.0 -

MrPhil, that is what they say. Btw way to rock the fivefingers, I kinda like to avoid sneakers where I can now0
