    150 Completed. With Sore arches to Boot. Though I forgot to stretch So my Calves are Killing me.
    But I plan to do another 50. Cause I like to hurt myself it seems

    Only made it to 75, 25 at level 2 and 50 at level 3 (just 5lbs in each hand). I never specifically work calves, so I'll have to work up to more next week. Thanks for the challenge.
