Isolation Workout or Full Body? Which One is Best for Fat Lo

What would you guys suggest?

    Full Body complex movements... your body is designed to work as one, not one muscle at a time... When you do full body workouts you also strenghten the connecting ligiments, tendons and muscles, so you have less chance of injury.

    Full body. If you are looking to spot reduce thats not going to happen. Strength train the 4 largest muscle groups and you should do well burning the body fat.

    I second the above.

    Focus on the big movements. Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Pressing, bench, pullups and dips.

    Dont need much else starting out.

    The bigger the motions, the more calories you burn. If you're doing cardio, get big! Swing your arms, jump higher, etc. Also remember that your legs are the largest muscle group in your body so working them a lot will help boost your metabolism.
