Is anyone else training for the Dam to Dam 20K on June 4th in Des Moines, Iowa????
This will be my first time there.... I am a new runner, got sick 3 times with Sinus Inf/allergies, crud!!! So it has really messed with my training..... but I will do the 20K "no matter what"!!!! I am so excited!!!! 3 of my girlfriends who are new runners are also doing it with me!!!!
