Some recent medical oriented NSV's:

Total Cholesterol: 174 to 163
Triglycerides: 156 to 50
HDL Cholesterol: 33 to 44
Lipoprotein Cholesterol to HDL Ratio: 5.2 to 3.7
BMI: 32.1 Obese to 29.4 Overweight

I have been working on this since mid-January. I have tried to be non-militant towards this, focusing instead on slow steady changes which are still occurring. I am most serious with making my exercise goals and plan to focus more time and tracking to the diet aspect in the next months. Big dietary changes will include decreasing refined carbohydrates and reducing my processed food intake. FYI, I always eat my exercise calories and continue to enjoy beer!

Congratulations! What an awesome victory! The thing I'm learning, like you, I can indulge in my favorite treats as long as I stick with the exercise, eat back the calories, stick with my water intake and eat healthy the rest of the time

Keep on going. You got this!
