17 day diet - cycle 1

Anybody know why we can’t have other meats on cycle 1? I hate fish and cannot see myself eating all this chicken for the next week.

    I heard some people do small ozs of pork. I brought the book last night from Walmart (paid a little more). I plan to read and start it this weekend. My husband only eats chicken, seafood, and turkey so I don't see a hard time for me with that part. Good luck.
