I use to wear a thong leotard over leggings type shorts. The leggings were red, and the leotard was red and black stripes. I also had slouchy black socks to "tie it all together." That was my favorite workout outfit for step aerobics back in the day.

unfortunately yes, but they only did it for like one day to record the workout tape. And we go out and buy this stuff, thinking " they look like they are comfortable". Yea they just get paid more than we do. So being uncomfortable for a 8 hour work day that will reap them millions of dollars can make you look very comfortable. lol. Just keep doing your workout in the clothes that make you feel most comfortable!
