Wedding in 5 months!

I am new to MFP and I am ready to make some life style changes. I am getting married THIS October. I had my first fitting for my wedding dress and it was a bit more snug than I was hoping for! I never really considered myself overweight to the point that it affects my health but I am very uncomfortable in my own skin. I am generally an active person - I race motocross in the summer - so I don't understand why I have an issue with LOOSING weight! I always seem to be suck at the same number no matter how hard I try to eat right. I need motivation and new ideas on how to make that number budge!
