I know there are several posts about this, but my question is directed at those of you who have been successful. How do/ did you manage to get your net calories so high on your higher calories days? I tried yesterday and didn't even get close. Since my MFP reccomendation is 1450, I was trying to hit 1800 two days a week and 1310 the rest. After my workout I was well under my reccommended daily intake, any suggestions? Maybe I am just confused about the whole thing, I'm just trying to get the scale back moving again!

That would also be my suggestion...
1 Sara Lee Whole Grain English Muffin - 140 calories
Almonds
Cashews
walnuts
I'll also do some avocado in with my salad when I wanted to get a little higher those days...
Other things I do to add calories is to add Greek yogurt to my protein shakes or on my Baked Potato0 -
Yep. Nuts are my go to calorie upper as well.0
