I don't have a recipe , I "cook as I go" when I cook but here's what I did.
I seasoned the chicken tenders with McCormick steak seasoning that comes in a grinder bottle and cooked the chicken in a frying pan in some olive oil and cooked without lid to lightly brown each side then covered and cooked on simmer for about 1/2 hr. then I put chopped frozen spinach all over the top, put lid back on and cooked on simmer till the spinach was done, about 7 minutes, then I turned it off, I sprinkled the cheese (about a cup of shredded italian blend cheeses) all over the top, put the lid back on and just let it sit till the cheese melted.
It was really good and sort of pretty, would be great to take to a potluck or serve friends and family with a salad and anything else you want. My housemates really loved it. I always experiment with cooking and make enough to share with them at times. I'm low income so I have to be creative and I also get bored with different foods and am impulsive so planning a weeks menu is hard for me. When I grocery shop I have ideas of what to plan to make but then I'll change my mind because I have to be in the mood for different foods. It's kinda fun.
