    Why I like it:

    22 minutes in length (I don't have a lot of time with 4 young kids)
    I sweat a lot (means my heart rate is up there)
    Muscles 'burn' when doing it (no pain, no gain type thing)
    I am noticeably stronger

    The principle is 3-2-1: 3 minutes strength training, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs (repeated 3 times)

    Have a look on you tube, I always do this before buying dvds, games etc. gives you an idea what to expect

    I do it and really like it! Has modified versions of most of the moves to make it easier, I have lost inches already and it takes 27 from warm up to cool down. My HRM says I burn about 250 cal/work out.
