using P90x as an exercise

I've been using P90x workouts & when I post them on my exercise log under strength training, they don't count as negative calories. (Like the cardio workouts do.) Is there somewhere else to post them, or does anyone else have this problem with any exercise program?

You just have to log them as well in cardio. Strength training, plyo, ect...0

Wear an HRM while working out, then log it under cardio.0

The site does not give calories burned for Strength training since it can not determine the intensity of the workouts.0

You can pick similar items from the list i.e Kickboxing (including Turbo Jam) for Kempo X for example.0
