How long was it after you started running did you see physic

For the runners out there!

How long after you guys started running did you guys see physical results? By that I mean more tone, less jiggle, inches lost, less cellulite, etc?

I started running last week and I'm excited and hopeful to start seeing body changes! I've heard 2 weeks to 4 weeks before I start to notice anything. Is this true?

    You'll definitely FEEL it the next day for a while. That tells you you're working your muscles. The rest will follow.

    lets see.. I started using my treadmill for jogging in september at 160lbs
    I saw muscle coming out in thighs, stomach getting strong, calves looking fit and trim by Feb.
    by late march i saw a lot of cellulite reduction....

    it all depends where you start and how you train
