I am just starting my fitness plan. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week for 2 weeks now. I have about 120lbs to lose, a very long way to go and would love your support. Feel free add me as a friend.

    MFP is the best thing to help you along the way! I had 60lbs to lose. I'm almost halfway there!! I'll definitely support you and help you in any way I can to motivate you! you can do it!!! :)

    You are going to love the new you! And that new you started with regular workouts and conscientious eating!! The weight will come off, but you probably are already feeling more energized. Enjoy those small non scale victories (NSVs) too! Good luck on your journey.:drinker:
