A NSV along with a little frustration

So last night when I got out of the shower, I was blow drying my hair and I noticed that you can see my ribs between my boobs now! That one, means Im getting skinny FINALLY! It also means that My boobs are shrinking a ridiculous amount. I purchased one of those bombshell bra's at victoria secret so I don't look soooo unbalanced.

The Frustration is this.

While I am still losing weight SO much that you can see my ribs between my boobs (something I thought only happend when you were nearing anorexia) my butt and thighs continue to shrink slowly...


Why cant weight fall off evenly? Curse this pear shape! horray for visible rib bones.

    Congratz on the rib sighting! :happy: I hear ya on the shrinkage where you don't want it though. I'm losing in the two places I don't want, boobs & booty! I'm not that big in the boob area as it is, so it's kinda heart-breaking! Like losing a couple of good friends! lol They do seem to be staying the same size though.
    Good luck on your journey, even though it's a bit of a bummer where you lose it, at least you're losing!

    I'm totally with you, I'm afraid. I have lost 13lb and it's all gone off my top half. My stomach and waist have gone down a bit, my thighs haven't shrunk at all but I've lost a cup size down to a measley A cup and you can see my ribs. I don't want to lose ANY more from my top half, but my thighs seem massive.

    Don't know what to suggest, just empathising :happy:

    I have started running, see if that helps slimming down my bottom half, I play soccer once a week too on a team, I also lift weights, my thighs and but will get whipped into shape whether they want to or not!

    Oh I am also buying Kim kardashians Butt busting (fit in your jeans by friday) video... Its got good reviews from people on this website!

    I have no idea what to tell you. I can say that my whole entire body looks really nice except for the excess fat on my lower abs and love handles. They won't go anywhere! So I can see your frustration!

    But congrats on the rib sighting:) Something to be proud of!

    I hear that if you "long distance run" rather than sprinting that it creates Long lean muscle rather than bulk... so that is what I go for, a steady slow pace for long distances.

    Thanks for the tip - I'm doing couch to 5k with my 7 year old so it's pretty slow and steady! Need to go out on my own to build some distance though!

    I have heard good things about it.. I might do it once I get an ipod (mine got stolen when my car got broke into) I am currently training for the RAGNAR RELAY its a race of 187 miles ran with 12 friends on a team... they have a pretty good training schedule that I am usings, its basically

    run as much as you can in 30 minutes walk as little as possible... every other day with multiple runs on weekends.

    The time increases as you get closer to the runnign date.. I have a 55 minute run on saturday! Im not looking forward to it!

    squats, lunges, and 'butt blaster" exercises should be able to help target those cranky areas
