Hello All,

Thanks for reading this - at present I am a stay at home mum. I've two small children 27mths and 7mths. I've being doing the 30DS for the last couple of months (I never get time at weekends so I've done each level for a few weeks). I've found it excellent and I can see a huge differrence especially in my stomach and arms which are real bad spots.

Anyway I mention the kids because I don't have much time kids are all in bed by 8 and I'm usually up the next day at 6.30 so 30ds was good as i could do it after they went to bed and its realistic for me. I wanted to check if anyone had a could recemmendations for me that would fit with my current lifestyle.

I used to do a lot of running in my 20s but its not possible at mo as husband i often away during the week so I can' leave the house - thanks a lot,

D

I'm a fan of the bodyrock.tv workouts. Check them out on youtube and on their website. Lots of at-home, bodyweight exercises that will rip you up.

I am currently doing the Cardio Max by the Biggest Loser....it too is a 20 min work out for level one....and then level two adds 10 mins...then level 3 adds another 10 mins....but you can always just do level one when you don't have a lot of time!!!

I am currently doing level 2!! It gets your heart rate up!!

BodyRock.tv definitely. Also add Ripped in 30. Great DVD. What about the original TurboJam set?

Hey thanks for the reply - looks like turbo jam is only available in region 1 as I am in Europe it wont play in my DVD. I just checked out the bodyrock site - wow its an eye opener - I will check it more.

    thanks D
