looking for advise

Hi since I have started with myfitpal I have lost one inch on my waist but the scale has not budged. I work out with a trainer three
times a week and try to fit in spin class at least once a week ( not always successful cuz of busy schedule) I at least add marching or running on the days I am not with the trainer. I have been consistently under on calories becasue of the added calories due to exercise Any suggestions????

Try reposting this...if you try at different times of the day different people are able to read it.0

I usually go by how my clothes fit OR the scale, whichever I like better LOL! You are doing GREAT - we are all so busy, I think anything except an upward movement of numbers is terrific. Some weeks that's all I hope for is no ground lost, ya know??:ohwell:0
