Good Morning everyone! I LOVE this site I wish I would have heard about it a few months ago. It is helping me sooo much;)
I am new on here and wanted to ask a question regarding jogging. I don't want to really say running yet! I just started and I just jogged 2 miles @4.7MPH. Training wise, is it best for me to "run" at each work out or should I be changing it up with some other cardio? My goal is to run a 5K in 36 minutes or less. Would appreciate any advise! Have a great day;)
I am trying to loose my last 15lbs post baby and tone. It has been 17 months so no more EXCUSES!

Definitely do some cross-training with other cardio. I run most of the time and my body has gotten used to it, so you need other activities so that your body learns to adapt to different types of stresses.0

If your goal is to finish a 5k in 36 minutes I would say stick with the running (outdoors preferably).0
