Hello everyone
Tonight will be day 23 of the 30DS ... and I'm planning on doing No More Trouble Zones. Has anyone done this video? If so, how often do you do it per week? Has it helped with weight loss, or is it more of a "toning" video?

Have it & LOVE LOVE LOVE it.... i also do the Insanity dvd's b/c they also have amazing cardio. w/in 2 minutes of starting the circuits, you'll be out of breath. work your way up to the 5lb weights... but it took me awhile to get to that point.
it will help you burn calories but also tones... you need to do both so alternate it w/some cardio0 -
I think its more of a toning video and it is awesome. I do BFBM by jillian, walk, or zumba for about 3-4 days a week and that video for 2-3 days, just to switch things up. I would definitely give it a shot if you like 30 DS. Its the same format, just a lot more of it!0

I love trouble zones!
For myself, it is a toning video, i do 20-30 mins of cardio afterwards to reach my goals. Of course this will depend on your current fitness level, everyone will be different.
Also, I always use a HR monitor so i know exactly what i'm burning.0 -
thanks for the info0

NMTZ is GREAT... I tried it after the Shred, and it is a super hard workout (not to scare you, you will totally love it!!), at one point, I was actually just laying on my mat, I was so exhausted from it. It's got lots of strength training in it. I also bought BFBM for the fact that it compliments NMTZ nicely because it's more cardio. I haven't done either very much, because I've progressed to Ripped in 30. When I'm done that, I want to alternate NMTZ with BFBM 6 days a week. :bigsmile:0
