Ox Kidney.... How many calories?

Hi all, hoping someone here can help me with this. I usually buy ox kidney from the butchers but it doesn't come with nutritional information. I usually 'guesstimate' 100g of kidney to be 100 calories, i haven't got a clue about fat & protein contents but i assume it doesn't have a lot of carbs, i want to get the measurements as accurate as possible so please help!!
p.s i don't eat the white fatty bits just the brown/red meat
