This is probably silly, but I'm going to post it anyway. Last summer, I was at my highest weight. I went on a scrapbooking retreat with friends right when I started trying to lose. They had these little door prizes, and the one I won was a T-shirt. It was an XL. It was super tight around my hips so I really only wore it around the house. Not out in public.

Well, 30 lbs later, it fits like a T-shirt should. It's equally loose all over, even in my hips. I can wear it without feeling like I'm wearing something too small. In fact, it feels just the right size for me now. I still have a lot more to lose, but this is nice.

YAY YOU!!! That is wonderful, and tangible, and when you feel discouraged just put on your T and remind yourself of what you have accomplished!! This is not easy for some of us....SO GOOD JOB!!

I had a similar victory 2 weeks ago. I put on a t-shirt that was previously tight around the waist, but 2 weeks ago it fit like a normal t-shirt should. I definitely pointed that out to a few people.
