has anyone used YOGA and cardio together to lose weight and tone? does it really work?

    LOVE yoga! Yoga is good to do because it really stretches you out and if you are doing any weight lifting it will help stretch the muscles!

    I love love love yoga! It's replaced my strength training and I'm noticing a difference. You just have to keep pushing yourself with it. Good luck :smile:

    I haven't done yoga in about 8 months but I lost the majority of my weight, during that time, when it was a part of my routine.
