Step Aerobic Dvd's...Need Some Recomendations Please?

Hey there,

My step-son bought me a Golds Gym 2-in-1 Aerobic Stepper for mothers day, the one that also rocks and I have never
used one before and would like to get started with some dvd's. Can someon recommend some beginner Aerobic Step
dvd's or some that are not too hard that a beginner can do?? Names would be helpful.

    I'm not sure about DVD's? There are some on Amazon but most are in German for some reason??

    I sky+ a workout on Fitness TV called Step Up with Ladan Soltani. She's quite easy to follow? Don't know if that's anything you could get hold of? :-)

    i do step aerobics but i go to a gym class a couple times a week. Heres a bump so hopefully you'll get the answer you need.

    i just googled easy step aerobic dvds and a ton popped up. google is my best friend.

    google si my best friend too;D

    but he hasnt done any of the dvds that he is ''suggesting'', they are quite expensive sometimes, so i was hoping for some advice from someone who alredy tried some of them ;P
