    I did the treadmill AND the elliptical today....YEA for me!!!!!! Hope you have a great workout!

    Hey Everyone!!!!!!! Did you survive the weekend???? I did GREAT this weekend. I got in lot's of exercise and stayed within my calories...even kept my sodium down! :drinker: Here's to an awesome weigh in for all of us on Tuesday!!! Or is it Wednesday???:flowerforyou:
