I was pretty scared by this, I was waiting for a class to start in the gym, and had my hrm turned on it usually sits about 60-65 resting
But i read it, and reread it, it was going down to 58 and staying between 58-59. I thought 'thats not normal' so did my classes went home and googled a healthy rest heart rate
and and 58 is athletic!
It gave me a bit of a boost
