When is Sugar to much?

Lately I have been craving fruit. I eat a banana in the morning, strawberries at snack and then a Greek yogurt that has strawberries. All good for you right? but my sugar intake is over 50 or more mg. So is that ok? do I need to cut back on fruits or is it ok, since my sugar is coming for all natural foods?

I think it all depends on your own personal body. For me, I tried just counting calories for awhile and barely lost weight but many of my friends dropped pounds like crazy. So i switched to a low carb diet and thats where I lost all my weight. I would stick to what you are eating and if you get a stall in weight loss then try reducing your sugar for a week or two and see if that puts you back on track. GOOD LUCK!0

I would just omit the fruit in the yogurt0
