KUDOS to you!!!! I finished p90x 4 days ago, and now I am on to Ripped in 30. Someone let me borrow Pure Cardio-Cardio abs to see if I would like Insanity..........well I like it but I almost DIED!!! LOL! Rough!!! Anyone who completes that program needs much more than a free shirt!!
