What Should I have With My Talapia With These Nutritionals?

Here is what I have remaining for the day and I already plan on making talpia but not sure what else I should make to help me with the nutritionals I have left for the day. I would like to leave about 100-150 calories for one snack
I have 729 calories, 11carbs now, 100g of protein and still 400-1K g of sodium left for dinner. 2

try Quinoa it is high protein and don't worry about going over on the carbs.0

I would do this too.... or steamed brocolli and caulifour0 -
You can marinate the talapia in extra virgin olive oil and whatever seasoning you are using. Thats an extra 120 calories (2tbsps)0

Well, had 4ounce talipa, 3/4c cooked brown rice, 85g of carrots and it filled me up but I still have 430 some calories left but it is 930pm...ugh0
