How on earth do I get a flat tummy?

I'm a student so I'm constantly busy studying, I don't have much time for exercise, let alone the money for the gym.

I have lost a lot of weight and I am a lot smaller now but my stomach is still flabby and I still get a muffin top. Do I just need to lose more weight or am I actually going to have to sacrifice revision time doing sit-ups?

Any advice, thanks guys!

Do you have the 30 Day Shred? There are some great ab exercises in that. Planks are good, straight and side.

CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! and any core strengthening exercises in between.... not just sit-ups, but different kinds of sit-ups and even push ups help strengthen your core. the 30 day shred is definitely a good idea for you. it doesn't take much time out of the day and has cardio, strength training and abs

Is your diet going well? I know a lot of people who eat within their calories, but still eat fast food and junk on a regular basis. Fat in - Fat on. =) These people tend to still have the gut. If this true for you, try to cut the junk in half for a couple of weeks and watch the results! If this isn't you, then I'd also suggest 30 Day Shred for those awesome ab exercises. It's only 20 min a day and about $10. Good luck to you, girl!
