One year, 84lbs and 45inches gone.... (pics)

I wanted to post this a few days ago but got caught up. One year ago on May 1, my husband and I went on a fantastic trip and made a decision to get healthier so we can do that more often. A year has now passed and between the two of us, we have lost a combined total of 84lbs and as of today, we have reduced ourselves by a combined total of 45 inches. That means we've lost an average of about 9.1% body fat too!!!

One year sure goes by quickly, but we have made so many changes in our lives since we stepped on that plane in May last year. And it's not just weight - it's the way we approach people and the way we wake up each day and live our lives......that decision to get healthier has resulted in a strong, happier couple of people!!! Can't wait to see what the next one year brings for us!

Just a quick run down on the stats....

Weight - 62lbs
Neck - 2.0 inches
Arm - 3.5 inches
Bust - 7.5 inches
Waist - 7.5 inches
Hips - 4.5 inches
Thigh - 4.0 inches
Total - 29 inches lost!!!
BF% = 9.9%

Weight - 22lbs
Neck - 0.25 inches
Arm - 1.75 inches
Chest - 2 inches
Waist - 6.75 inches
Hips - 5 inches
Thigh - 0.25 inches
Total - 16 inches lost!!!
BF% = 8.3%
