one tip for making your own low fat veggie food is to use herbs and seasoning rather than the sauces you buy from the shop. it saves loads of calories! I make a veggie stir fry's almost every other night and just add quorn and a different seasoning. my favourite is the Chinese 5 spice.bean shoots really bulk them up and if you are really hungry just add a small jacket spud to the mix :happy:

Ones with more veggies would be awesome, I love sweet potatoes, black beans, spinach. Healthy one
