Weigh-in Tomorrow with workout, what to eat?

Hello All,
I have to weigh-in tomorrow morning then workout with my trainer. I'm wondering what I should eat because I'm nervous to weigh in. Two weeks ago, I weighed in 7 LBS heavier than the previous weigh in and know for certain that I didn't gain weight. I really need to see a drop in the scale (though I know that everyone says don't pay attention to a stupid scale) and am in need of a victory.
Any advice on what to eat before my weigh-in so I'm not "messing" up my early morning weigh in?
Cheers!!!
Tracy

you should weigh yourself once a week on the same day...in the morning after about 1 hour that your awake...on a empty stomach and bladder....
then definitely eat before the trainer...so you need to work your time around the above...0 -
Avoid sodium and sugar, but beyond that there isn't much you can eat, or not eat, that will affect it. And, if your diet is heavy with either sodium or sugar one day won't do much to reverse the effects they have. Don't get hung up on what the scale says and from now on make sure you're eating only fresh, natural foods, not processed foods.0

Drink LOTS of water today, eat meals as low in sodium as you can find. And don't worry about it. You'll weigh what you weigh, and work hard next week regardless. You'll be fine!0
