New to South beach

Okay so I am in phase one of the southbeach diet and am running into some problems.
1. Not meeting the calorie allotment set forth by My fitness pal
2. I am a student with very little time to cook and for the most part I can't do it.

Do any of you have ideas for quick snacks and meals that fit into phase one that involve little work?

    -cheese stix
    -peanut butter and celery
    -laughing cow cheese wedges and celery
    -lettuce and turkey roll ups
    -nuts

    For meals, if you can't cook, lots of salads. Also raw veggies and make ample use of Boca burgers.
