Is it the same if you do two 320 calories burning workouts to equal 640 as doing a 640 calorie burning workout straight?

Research suggests it does not matter if you split your workouts. Burning is burning! It will make a slight difference as to whether you're burning more of today's calories or yesterday's, but your calorie burn will not change
However you can fit it in, go for it!

The difference is that if you do a longer workout, you'll move from cardio to fat burning. But really, it doesn't make a difference.0
