Ya , just started thr program last Sunday - HGC injections.....how do you find it?

I tried to do it but couldn't, the 500 cal diet was so restrictive for me and I looove to exercise now so not exercising was tough - so I stopped and went back to my WW plan. However my sister is doing it and is having really good results.
