Here's an album one of my students wrote and recorded. He calls it 'space folk' but I hear a lot of influences from Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, to Fleet Foxes. Simply described, it's alt rock with lots of acoustic.

I'm thrilled to share it though I realise it won't be to everyone's taste. His sound is varied so it's worth listening to a number of songs. I found the first did not speak to me but the rest elicited a stronger connection and response.
