So my friend told me about this website. And here I am I am actually feeling really motivated to get tings going with this! This last year I have really let myself go. Before I was working out 5 days a week. Eating great. & looking great. But here I am, ready to change! I know I can do it. It's just a matter of commitment. And I am so stoked to have found this forum!!!
