My friend Niki told me about this website Friday. I lost 85 pounds two years ago, 30 of which was baby weight. Now, I've gained 77 pounds back. Ugh!!! I am finally ready to try again. This sounds like a great way to do it since it teaches you how to eat. I'm actually excited to get started.
