If you lose the same pound 3 times have you lost three pounds or just one. Just a thought for this Friday morning. I am very happy with all the support on my page when I posted my loss this week, however it is weight that I lost last summer that I let creep back on over the winter.

Your Thoughts?

    It's almost like losing 9 lbs... because if you hadn't gained them back then you'd be 9 lbs down... right? LOL

    Yeah I am losing what I put on over the winter too, Damn that ten days at moms house for christmas!!

    Christmas is a rough time of year for weight loss! I lost all mine right away but havent been losing very much since!

    I do the same thing! According to the scale from the day I started this journey and today, I have lost 24 lbs! BUT, if you take how much I have lost, that I have eventually gained back, it's more like 30 lbs! Craziness!

    This week I donated all my larger pants so that I have to get down far enough this summer and I don't have room to bounce back up this winter.
