I just haven't had time to post. I've lost 17 lbs since Nov. I'm quite excited! I haven't been this weight since before our oldest was conceived and he is 14!
I'll be 37 later this month and have 4 kids 14, 12, 7, and 4, three boys and then finally a girl.
I'm in a very annoying place right now where I'm trying not to gain while I have to sit as much as possible. I sprained my tendon in July, have done two rounds of physical therapy, and on tue had a procedure done called a tenogram where they injected steroids around the tendon. There is a slight risk of rupture from the procedure and I really don't want that so I'm very motivated to SIT!
I knew I would be upset if I gained while sitting so I decided to do low carb to help me not gain.
I'm hoping this works and I can walk again! I've only been able to do 20-25 min since I hurt it. Before I hurt it I would walk an hour with my friends every weekday and with dh on the weekends. I also LOVE yoga which I can't do right now either.
