Hi, I'm new to this site. Last year I lost 50 pounds then I quit smoking in January. I have gained back about 13 pounds and would like to lose it. Wow it's really hard to lose after you quit smoking!

Add me as a friend if you like. I quit smoking in Sept 07 and have gained weight as well. I don't blame smoking...I blame me. But I started gaining after I quit because I was trying to compensate!
You can do it!!!0 -
