this past week was my first attempt at keeping my carbs low and for the most part it was a complete failure. as i was thinking about how to revamp and improve it occured to me that somebody may need to read this. I came up with a statement " the house of success is built on the bricks of failure", meaning that the things we learn from our mistakes and failures are what we can use to be successful. the the late Phil McCrotch (lol) asked what the house of failures is made of, and my answer was excuses. See alot of us try things and then when they dont work we quit an make excuses as to why we cant succeed. Truth is you have to really want this thing and be tenacious about it, if the first thing doesnt work get some new info try something else keep pushing through and realize there is no quick fix. Reexamine your situation and find why it didnt work, maybe you set out to eat minimal foods and ended up getting bored with it, well obviously that way wont work for you so now you gotta research and find what things will work. whatever the case you cant give up the only person you'll have to blame is you so suck it up and lets do this thing
