So yesterday I was really unmotivated bc I had only lost a pound in a week
Everyone was great telling me that was good and healthy
BUT
I went home and went on the scale and lost another 1.5lb
So today is my one week and I have lost 2.5lb
Who knew it could be so easy!!!

    1 lb a week is what you are supposed to do to keep the weight off FOREVER.

    I'm glad you feel better, but try to remember that 1lb a week is healthy and sometimes you might not even lose that, but it's during those time we have to celebrate small victories and keep pushing forward.
