Hello Everyone!!!
I'm new here I was invited to join by two beautiful ladys in my Facebook ''Our weight loss Journey ''Move it and Lose it'' and this is a wonderful site , I been yo yo dieting the last ten years or so..I've lost from 290lbs down now to 246.3..my goal is 190..I'm 6'3 and that is a safe decent weight for me, I just wanted to thank the ladys for letting me know about this site*wish Everyone the best with there weight loss.
