Tulips and a Bush

What are you getting for Mothers day?

My husband called me and first asked if I wanted a bush....
I replied that I already have one....he did not get the joke for he bought me a lilac bush last year!
He then ask me if I would like tulips instead...
Ok I just broke out laughing because he had no idea how this all sounded.
It finally dawned on him and he started laughing also!

I did say i would like the tulips. :blushing:
