Not losing as fast as I thought---Or am I just impatient?

i know how this feels. I am just coming out of a huge plateau that has lasted almost a month at 207lbs, was eating 1200 cals and exercising off 500 of those a day, so i upped my calories to 1600 and eat back half of my burned calories, so far i am below that 207 for three days in a row at 205.4 today so i guess things are moving in the right direction. I have to be happy with any loss after a month of nothing right! Keep your head up and try to get enough calories, starving is unpleasant.0

5 lbs down as of today. I thought for sure since I am 5'5 195lbs that the weight would be slipping off of me. Am I doing something incorrectly or is it just impatience?
OMG, you just described me down to the T - I've only lost 3.6 lbs since starting 3 weeks ago. I know 1-2 lbs is healthy, so I'm thinking we're both just impatient. :laugh:0
