TLT- Monday Aug 25th check in

So how is everyone doing??

Obstacles, tips, discoveries?? Plans for the week? How are people doing??

I went to the gym this morning and felt so strong and capable and realized that is what is going to fuel me (well that and healthy food) through these last 10lbs.

I would LOVE to see some changes for my cousins wedding on Oct 11th and a new dress for the wedding would be my reward.

I road my bike around Asheville this weekend and Whoa! the hills were a killer- much more of a workout that riding in flat roads of LA. I hope to continue this and move on to mtn biking as well.

Goal this week:
continue with workouts, intervals and meal planning. Aim to get 9-10 servings of veggies a day.

Mon- weights AM (check) PM- yoga or other cardio
Tuesday- interval AM PM- dance class (partner dancing)
Wed- AM weights PM- Yoga
Thursday intervals AM PM- ??
Fri- AM weights

    Not a healthy weekend for me. I had my class reunion went way over my cals with beer calories. But that was okay, I really wanted to enjoy myself. One of my goals was to feel good about my appearence for the reunion. For the most part I did. One lady even asked what my secret was for staying in such good shape. That felt pretty good.
    I feel a lot of water weight today. No workout as of yet. I want to take it easy today.

    Tuesday-intervals
    Wednesday-weights
    Thursday- intervals
    Friday- weights

    I have family in the Asheville area and was just there a couple of weeks ago. I love the area so much. I did some great hiking and enjoyed the surroundings. Lucky you to live in such a beautiful place:)

    Glade to hear you had a good weedend, you didn't tell your secret did you? a few beers now and thens ok. I went back to the drawing board this weekend. I'm no longer doing legs the first day of the week. I have 9 weeks before my show its time for me to start getting riped I think? so I have laid off all heavy lifting and I'm doing 20+ set per body part

    Mon- morning BACK Mon- afternoon biceps, 30 min run about a 5k
    Tue morning Chest Tus- afternoon Triceps, 30 min intervals
    Wed- morning quads Wed-afternoon ham strings, 30 min run
    thur- morning traps thur - afternoon delts, 30 min intervals
    Fri-morning Back Fri-afternoon no lifting ,30 min swimming
    Sat-morning no lifting Sat-afternoon Chest no cardo
    Sunday is the day of rest

    so far not to bad I'm getting a little on my legs but my arms are smooth
